Varfious comments are made by catholics, news people, and others that the church should change its
policy on women being priests, abortion, same sex marriage, communion and confession. However its not the churchs position to make these changes, as they are direct commands from Jesus who runs the church. Hundreds of people have had visions of Jesus, where he constantly states his position, and most likely he appears to the Pope as well.
